How To Find Your Passion in Life


Every day we have to choose what we do with our time and energy. We decide on logistics and prioritise our commitments. But are you doing what you love? Are you too busy to fuel your passion? Or have you forgotten what you are even passionate about? Are you so stuck in a routine that you have stopped questioning WHY you are doing it?

In order to discover (or re-discover) your passion and find your purpose, you need to have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They already know what you want!

Your intuition speaks to you in subtle ways, and sometimes we are too busy to notice, or feel obligated to do otherwise.  Most people can understand intuition as a ‘gut feeling’.

To find your ‘why’ and awaken your sense of self and what you enjoy, it is important that you make the time to do some soul-searching. This will help you blossom emotionally, socially and mentally to get a better understanding of who you are! Often, this requires you to remove yourself from your routine and your familiar everyday environment. A good way to do this is with a daily yoga and meditation practice or even simply finding a quiet, open space to reflect and ask yourself:

But finding solitude is so important. It creates a space for us to reflect on our needs and is an opportunity for us to replenish our minds

It is completely self-indulgent, which is just what you need! Having the freedom to do what you want, when you want, without considering anyone else, reveals your priorities very quickly! Travelling by yourself is extremely empowering, for the confidence and independence it brings.
