Not only is it tasty, but it is also packed with health benefits due to the anti-inflammatory properties of turmeric. Ingredients
- 2 cup rice
Blend
- 2 tbsp Coriander seeds
- 1 pcs shallot
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 cup water
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 tsp lime Juice
- 4 tbsp Turmeric
Herbs
- 1bay leaf
- 1 cafirlime leaf
- 1 lemon grass
- Pinch of salt & pepper
Preparations
Step 1 : Blend turmeric, coriander seeds, shallot, garlic, with coconut milk and water. Strain
Step 2 : Cooked rice in medium pot with lid add mixture liquid And herbs bring to simmer -+ 10 minutes Turn off stove and cover with lid and steam for 10 more minutes after.
Or add all ingredients and strain liquid and cooked in rice cooker
Step 3 : for serving add bit of coconut oil and fried shallot .
