To release built up stress and tensions, we use rejuvenating yoga sessions as a powerful antidote to stress. These sessions help you down-regulate the sympathetic nervous system and up-regulate the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for rest, hormone production, digestion, energy conservation and slowing the heart rate.
