With over 17 years of experience in leading retreats, Patma brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to her role as General Manager. A proud Balinese mother of two young boys, she combines her background in Business Management with a deep understanding of creating exceptional guest experiences.

Originally from the beautiful island of Sulawesi, Dessy brings her vibrant spirit and heartfelt warmth to every guest experience. A proud mom of three, she first fell in love with Bali. Its culture, beauty, and energy before falling in love with her Balinese husband, making the island her true home. With many years of experience in sales and marketing, Dessy combines professionalism with genuine care. As a senior hostess, she’s known for her approachable nature, effortless charm, and her ability to make anyone feel welcome. Full of love, easy to talk to, and always ready with a smile, Dessy ensures every moment is infused with kindness and connection.

Originally from Malang, East Java, Indonesia. She is very calm, kind and also super helpful. She had an engineering background, however she fell in love with hospitality and now sharing her love and care with our guests. A mother of 3 sons, and she has 10 dogs, yes 8 dogs! She is leading our Mandala Workshop on opening ceremony which loved by our past guests.

Ayu is one of the youngest in our Hostess team, however she had a great experience working in retreat and her warm, caring, and respectful manner is something we adore from Ayu. She likes to share her knowledge about Bali. She is originally from Pejeng which is famous as a village with many temples and great culture.

Nis has spent years in hospitality, and her warm, caring nature makes her a perfect fit as Hostess Manager at Goddess Retreats Seminyak. Originally from Sulawesi, she’s called Bali home for over 30 years and loves sharing the island’s beauty and charm with every guest she meets.
She finds joy in connecting with people from all over the world, hearing their stories, and learning from their experiences. When she’s not hosting, Nis loves cooking, exploring new foods, reading, and unwinding with her favorite TV shows and games. Her genuine passion for creating meaningful connections adds a special touch to every retreat.

With a background as a tour guide at a travel agency, Shel loves bringing her experience to Goddess Retreats, helping women feel supported and at ease. Though a little shy at first, once you get to know him, you’ll discover his playful sense of humor and caring nature. One of his key responsibilities is making sure all the bottled water in every room and bathroom is sterilized and replenished daily, a small detail that makes a big difference for our guests. Here at the retreat, Kadek is our mother. She is in charge of all ceremonies and daily blessings. Every day, she makes at least 120 pieces of offering, pouring her love and care into our spiritual. Every day, she prays for our safety and the blessing of all Goddess team members. She is also assisting in keeping all of the rooms clean and tidy. A mother of one child, and unquestionably a mother to us at Goddess Retreat Ubud.

Beyond his work, he’s known for his love of dancing and singing, bringing joy and lightness wherever he goes. A respected leader in his village, Solo serves as the chief of water distribution (Subak), playing a vital role in managing local irrigation. He generously shares his knowledge and guidance with us, especially in our farming efforts, making him an invaluable part of both our retreat and the community.

Guswid is our reliable security throughout the night. He always ensures everything is safe so all of the guests can have a good sleep. He is the hero at night when the guests doing the Mt. Batur Hike, as he assists and ensuring you are not missing your Mt. Batur transfer by gently knocking on your door. Guswid is very calm and but firm, a great combination for security.

Komang is our hardworking security throughout the day, fun, and always available to assist us with anything at the retreat. He usually come to the retreat and sweep the garden to make it looks inviting at all times. He has two children and lives near the retreat. The leader of the gardening crew is Wayan. Such a friendly, generous, and lovely man. He has two children, and gardening is his true passion. He regularly assists us on the permaculture day we have on day three. Wayan has extensive experience working in the landscape industry, and we adore him so much. Our ladies enjoy the garden and the way we keep the surrounding area green, and Wayan works so tirelessly to maintain it with his staff.

Surya usually comes first thing in the morning to clean and water the garden.
