At our Bali retreats in Seminyak and Ubud, we understand that many of our guests come to escape the demands of hectic lifestyles and recover from burnout.
Over the years, we’ve discovered that what our Goddesses truly need isn’t intense power yoga or vinyasa flows, that add to adrenal burnout, but traditional Hatha yoga sessions led by supportive and expereinced instructors that can restore harmony and balance to the body and soul.
Goddess Retreats offers daily Hatha yoga classes designed especially for beginners and intermediate female yoginis from the ages of 30s, 40s, 50s and beyond.
It’s the perfect space for women to learn and nurture a self-caring yoga practice in a supportive and welcoming environment.
To release built up stress and tensions, we use rejuvenating yoga sessions as a powerful antidote to stress. These sessions help you build strength and mobility, while also down-regulating the sympathetic nervous system and up-regulate the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for rest, hormone production, digestion, energy conservation and slowing the heart rate.
HATHA YOGA
Hatha Yoga is a gentle and grounding practice combining mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and traditional yoga postures. Poses are held for longer periods to encourage calmness within the body and mind while allowing guests to connect deeply with their breath.
This class supports relaxation, clarity, improved sleep, and stress reduction. Suitable for all levels, it creates a steady foundation for both beginners and advanced practitioners.

YOGA NIDRA
Also known as yogic sleep, Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative guided meditation designed to bring the body into complete relaxation while the mind remains gently aware.
Guests remain lying down comfortably while being guided through body awareness, breath, and visualization techniques for nervous system healing. It is highly beneficial for stress, burnout, or insomnia, offering a beautiful opportunity to fully let go, recharge, and restore balance.

RESTORATIVE YOGA
Restorative Yoga is a healing and deeply relaxing practice focused on stillness, comfort, and nervous system support. Using props such as blankets, bolsters, blocks, straps, and chairs, guests are gently supported in restful poses held for extended periods of time.
This practice encourages the body and mind to completely relax, helping release physical tension while calming the nervous system and quieting mental activity.

RESTORATIVE YOGA WITH SOUND HEALING
This deeply nourishing class combines the gentle stillness of restorative yoga with the therapeutic benefits of sound healing.
Guests are fully supported in comfortable restorative poses while soothing sound frequencies help guide the mind into a deeply meditative and relaxed state. The use of sound therapy encourages the brain to enter Theta frequency, which is associated with emotional healing, relaxation, creativity, and inner restoration.

YIN YOGA
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice focusing on deep relaxation, emotional balance, and gentle stretching of connective tissues like fascia and joints. Floor postures are held for longer periods, encouraging stillness, mindfulness, and the release of tension.

YIN YOGA WITH SOUND HEALING
