DIY Restorative Spa Treatment Bath:
- a bunch of lavender, fresh, broken into small chunks.
- rose petals, all colours and types on can come by, scrunch half of these lightly.
- two sprigs of Rosemerry, take off the stalk.
- half a cup of Epsom salts.
- hot water (for a bath)
- flannel (for your eyes)
- cold water (for the flannel)
Run a warm bath and add all the above ingredients, get in and let yourself relax. Starting from your crown moving down to your toes, let each muscle relax once by one, till your body is completely at ease and bliss. Dip the flannel into the cold water and place this over your eyes.
